Amax Lifts has with the use of lift data been able to offer quality and effective planned and preventative maintenance.

We are able to maintain every type and manufacture of lift and escalator because of our team of highly-skilled and experienced service engineers.

Regular preventative maintenance will keep inconvenient downtime to a minimum, extend the life span of the equipment and contribute to greater safety. Our service contracts provide cover from fully comprehensive to basic routine maintenance.

At Amax lifts we offer 2 main types of cover:
Fully Comprehensive type c

This includes all general materials plus the labour and of all breakdowns and repairs during normal working hours with exclusions depending on lift types

Standard cover
This is a basic oil and grease agreement where material and parts are charged for except the materials required for the lubrication of the moving parts.

Here are our typical service visit patterns
Passenger carrying lifts – 12 visits per annum
Goods passenger lifts – 12 visits per annum
Goods only lifts – 6 to 12 visits per annum
Dumb waiters – 4 to 6 visits per annum
